We market your property in many ways, the number one way being via our website - ensuring that customers can easily find it, that it is simple and easy to use, information is accessible and that booking is secure. As well as this we:

  • Work with a range of affiliate partners, in the UK and overseas, to attract more customers
  • Regularly send email campaigns to our extensive database of customers to promiote Cornwall as well as individual properties
  • Actively engage our audience on social media and promote individual properties

  • 'Be seen' with local signage

Bookings Plus 

All the benefits of our outstanding marketing plus extra services to make life that bit easier for owners who  prefer to take care of their own caretaking and changeovers.  You may have a marvellous caretaker or take calls yourself but it's easy to miss a vital guest call and for a problem to develop into a crisis

  • Maintenance phone line answered in England 365 days a year
  • Our team will reassure the guest, take a message or transfer the call to the right person
  • Emergency back up service- if your cleaner lets you down or your plumber isn't answering calls we'll step in and sort it out for you

Full Management Service 

Half of our owners take advantage of our comprehensive all inclusive package where we take care of everything- cleaning, linen, caretaking, maintenance and emergency callouts.  We have owners living in New Zealand, Malta & France and all they have to do is bring their white gloves for the inspection when they visit their holiday home.

The main feedback we get is that our owners are able to really enjoy their holiday home and use it more often- they can arrive late on a Friday safe in the knowledge that the place will be warm and the beds made with their favourite things in the fridge.  After an enjoyable weekend they leave late on Sunday or even early Monday without fussing about cleaning or laundry.
