Full Management Service
Over half of our owners take advantage of our comprehensive all inclusive package where we take care of everything - cleaning, linen, caretaking, maintenance and emergency callouts. We have owners living as far afield as New Zealand or France and all they have to do is bring their white gloves for the inspection when they visit their holiday home.
The main feedback we get is that our owners are able to really enjoy their holiday home and use it more often - they can arrive late on a Friday safe in the knowledge that the place will be clean and warm with the beds made. After an enjoyable weekend they can leave late on Sunday or even early Monday without fussing about cleaning or laundry.
Note we don’t include the cost of changeovers in this package – we usually need to see your property before we can quote for cleaning, linen and welcome pack.
