Making great holidays happen in Cornwall

Tips taken from our visitors book- Our customers' opinions and not necessarily ours!

Go fishing and catch your lunch.

Take a mackerel fishing trip on the Danda ot the Starfish from the harbour.  Fun for everyone and the freshest fish when you get home.

Use the buses for coastal path walks.

Catch a bus from Fore St along the coast and then walk back to Porthleven- much more satisfying than walking along and back.

The Eden project is interesting.

Not for a full day though unless a massive plant fan!

Keep an eye out for the dolphins who come and play in the bay.

They can arrive at any time of year and put on a spectacular show seemingly showing off to the people on the pier.

Flambards is fun but don't believe the 'whatever the weather' slogan.

There are plenty of indoor exhibitions at Flambards but everything fun and worth doing is out in the open so it's no place to be in the rain!

If you fancy a night out go to Kota Restaurant.

Out of this world!

Great pasties at the bakers on the quayside.
We can recommend the Minack theatre to see a play.

Make sure you book in advance, take a picnic and warm clothes.

The babysitter "Sharon" was lovely and I really recommend her.

Just give us a call and we'll arrange this service.

We really recommend you get Adam the Chef to cook at home for you!
