West Cornwall Golf Course
Although not quite measuring 6000 yards the testing quality of West Cornwall lies in the fact that it has no mercy on bad or timid shots. Golf is played from anything from a light breeze to a force 9.
The West Cornwall golf course has many defences, but attack it and you will then be able to enjoy playing the 19th hole.
The 19th hole has memorabilia dedicated to 'Long' Jim Barnes and more recently Phillip Rowe. You will enjoy your surrounds encompassing all that is special about the history and traditions of the wonderful game of golf.
The Bar and Restaurant are cared for by husband and wife team, Andy and Cara Smith where a warm welcome is assured. Over the past nine years they have managed to establish a reputation that is the envy of the county and cater for anything from snacks to a-la carte.
The Club is enthusiastic to welcome societies and groups and can arrange packages at an all-in rate to suit your budget. Contact the Secretary for more information.
West Cornwall Golf Club is also extremely proud to be the 'oldest club in the county' and welcomes members and visitors alike to enjoy their hospitality.
