Woodbine Cottage has a wealth of charm and offers spacious, bright and characterful accommodation. With wooden beams, granite stone walls and a wood burner for those winter evenings, this cottage makes an idyllic retreat for a family looking to escape to the Cornish countryside. The large sunny patio to the rear is the perfect spot for alfresco dining in the summer months, and the cottage also benefits from on-street parking directly outside.
Relubbus is a small village located in West Cornwall, only three miles from the popular town of Marazion. Known for the historic site of St Michael’s Mount, Marazion offers a great selection of pubs, cafes and top rated restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Praa Sands is only a ten minute drive away; popular with surfers it is a great family friendly beach that can be enjoyed all year round.

Dining Room: Inglenook fireplace (not in use), dining table and chairs.
Living Room: Cast iron fire, Freeview TV.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs, French doors to patio.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5’), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Double bed (4’6”), bedside tables, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower, bath, basin, WC.
GARDEN & PARKING: Large sunny patio with garden furniture and sun parasol. Parking is on-street directly outside the cottage.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available on request, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 3.0 ml. Pub: 1.5 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
