Description
The Cottage is a well-equipped, ideally located cottage in the heart of the pretty village of Perranuthnoe and although tucked away, this cute and cosy cottage has a lovely large enclosed garden with patio and seating.
Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short stroll to The Victoria Inn; a locally renowned foodie pub, The Cottage is a comfortable place from which to explore the southwest of Cornwall. There is also a local craft centre and a couple of lovely cafes within walking distance. The iconic St Michael's Mount in Marazion is just a five minute drive away, and you can reach both the rugged far west and stunning north coast of Cornwall within a half an hour drive.
For larger groups of six people who like to holiday together but with the privacy of having their own cottage, The Cottage can also be booked alongside Littlecot, its cute little neighbour sleeping two.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: TV with Freeview, DVD player, woodburner style electric heater.
Kitchen/Diner: Fan oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.
Utility Area: Washer/dryer, microwave, basin.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Shower cubicle with electric shower, basin, wc.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Enclosed garden with patio terrace and seating with lawned area to the rear. There is private parking in a garage just a five minute walk away.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog maximum accepted from November 2nd 2019 to April 4th 2020. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric storage and panel heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stair-gates provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that pets are only accepted during the Winter (November 2nd 2019 to April 4th 2020).
