Description
Stargazy is a traditional Cornish cottage set within the heart of the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, within walking distance of it's quaint harbour, shops, restaurants and pub.
Set over four floors, the accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor the dual aspect living area provides comfy seating, a large Smart TV and views overlooking the rear garden. Stairs lead downstairs to a large kitchen/dining room complete with range cooker and access to an ample garden. A handy shower room with WC is also found on this floor.
One double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and the family bathroom with shower over bath are all on the first floor with views out towards St Clement's Isle from the bedrooms. A further set of stairs lead up to the attic room, which has low ceilings and a single bed with an extra pull bed out underneath. This pretty room would be suitable for children, with fantastic sea views and an adjoining WC.
Stargazy is a great base for exploring West Cornwall with Lands End and Minack Theatre nearby.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Induction range cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Shower Room: Shower, basin, WC.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Smart TV, DVD player, views overlooking the rear garden.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, sea views towards St Clement's Isle.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe, sea views towards St Clement's Isle.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, WC.
SECOND FLOOR:
Attic/Bedroom 3: Single bed with extra pull out bed underneath, wardrobe, bedside table, sea views. En-Suite Cloakroom: Basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Rear garden with patio furniture (access from kitchen/dining room). No private parking but public options available.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair at the property, please bring your own cot bedding.
Coast: 0.2 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.3 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Please note that the cream Aga in the kitchen photographs is no longer in the property.
