Description
This holiday cottage is set in the grounds of a 400 year old Manor House and is the perfect place for families to relax and have fun together. Situated on a small locally run holiday park, the property includes use of all the amenities on site, such as an indoor pool, sauna, restaurant and bar. This property is in an ideal location for exploring the local area and is within easy walking distance of the pretty village of Gulval with its excellent pub and church.
Located just six miles away from Marazion, St Michael's Mount and St Ives, and three miles from the heart of historic Penzance and Long Rock beach, you will be spoilt for choice for day trips.
GROUND FLOOR
Lounge/Diner: Two large sofas, TV, DVD player, dining room table and chairs.
Kitchen: Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer (full launderette on site).
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6''), bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Shower cubicle, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING
Private space outside for 1 car, patio area with garden furniture, large grass area with views over the countryside.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome, £25 per pet per week.
Security Deposit: £50.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided, towels not provided, please bring your own.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, booster seat, bed rails and stairgate available; please order in advance.
Shop: On site or Tesco, Sainsbury & Morrisions 1 ml.
Pub/Clubhouse: On site, providing free WiFi or The Coldstreamers in Gulval 1 mile away.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi available at the on site clubhouse Leisure facilities available April until end of October. Launderette on site.
