This cosy cottage is the perfect retreat for any couples looking for the perfect base to explore West Cornwall. Tucked away down a pretty side street in the historic fishing port of Penzance, the accommodation is set over two floors and provides a well-equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished living facilities. 1 Rosevean Cottages is located within easy walking distance from the shops, restaurants and the seafront in Penzance and is just a short drive to the unique coastal attractions of St Michael's Mount and The Minack Theatre.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living/Dining Area: Wall-mounted Smart TV, digital radio, flame-effect fire.
Kitchen: Gas oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside shelves, chest of drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV, hanging shelves, storage trunk.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, heated towel rail, wc.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Enclosed patio. Storage shed. On-street parking and public car parking facilities close by.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas central heating included in the rent; heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 800 yds. Pub: 500 yds.
NOTES: No smoking. Sorry, not suitable for children or babies. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone coverage varies.
