Description
Mount View, Abbey Court, situated opposite the famous ‘Abbey Hotel’ (once owned by the actress Jean Shrimpton) is just off historical Chapel Street, home to St Mary’s Church, historical buildings, a eclectic choice of galleries, antique shops, chic wine bars and fine restaurants’. A short walk from Chapel Street is the main Market town of Penzance where you will find plenty of good Arts & crafts Galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs. The harbour, Promenade – with its large art deco open air swimming baths – and the seafront are a two minute walk away. Just down from Chapel Street are Quay Street and the Harbour front. Here you will find an array of water based activities from fishing trips, diving opportunities to day trips by boat to the beautiful Isle of Scilly. The Dolphin Tavern in Quay Street, is rumoured to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall and offers a selection of fine food & Ales.

The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed via a flight of steps, therefore it may not be suitable for those with mobility problems. Please contact for further information.

Bedroom 2: King size bed (5’), bedside tables, Freeview TV, built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bathroom, shower, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING
No garden. Allocated parking for one car just a short walk from the apartment.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 15:00 – departure 10:00.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available on request
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided; please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking, no pets, WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
