Description
Only 100 metres from the harbour Mizpah and its neighbour Carvosso are perfect for your family holiday in Mousehole.
Recently refurbished, Mizpah has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge complete with woodburning stove, tiled floor throughout and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs is the double and twin bedrooms with excellent sea views from the double bedroom at the back of the property. There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside is a beautiful garden with seating area, BBQ and sea glimpses.
Mizpah is next door to Carvosso and can be let together making accommodation for 8 people.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: TV/DVD, woodburning stove.
Kitchen/Diner: ceramic hob and oven, fridge, dining table.
Utility Room: with WC and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6"), bedside units, chest of drawers, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Large corner cubicle with thermostatic shower, separate bath, basin, heated towel rail, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Garden with seating, BBQ and sea glimpses. Private parking space for 1 car.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent, night storage heating, woodburning stove.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 100 yds Pub: 100 yds.
