Situated in the tranquil setting of the 400 year old Kenegie Manor.
Merrydown Cottage is a privately owned and maintained two bedroom bungalow nestled amongst other holiday bungalows set in & around the grounds of the Manor house. Situated in a quiet and relaxing location, commanding excellent countryside views, Kenegie Manor is situated between Penzance and St Ives. It makes for an ideal couples or family holiday, or those wishing for walking or biking holiday.
It is just 2 miles from the market town of Penzance, and just a short drive to Mousehole, Lands End, Porthcurno (home to the famous Minack Theatre), Sennen (superb surf!), Marazion (home to St Michael’s Mount) and St Ives to name but a few, where you will not only find lovely sandy beaches, surfing and boat trips but also a scenic cycle path along with some of the most incredible & awe inspiring cliff walks.

Living/Dining: TV/DVD player, dining set for 4, doors to patio.
Kitchen Area: Electric cooker, fridge, (launderette on site).
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’ 6''), bedside unit, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside unit, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Corner cubicle with electric shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING
Patio with garden furniture and countryside views. Allocated parking for one car with further parking available.
Pets: Up two medium dogs allowed.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent; electric heaters in all rooms.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided; please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available on request at time of booking; please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 100 yds. Pub: On-site bar 100yds.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi available on site in the bar area. Mobile phone coverage varies.

Full on-site facilities are available between Easter to the end of October. All the facilities will re-open for February half term week and will operate on a reduced programme until Easter. The Launderette will remain open 24 hours through the Winter. Tennis courts and children’s play area are open air and available throughout the year.
