Description
Littlecot is the perfect retreat for two people whether it's for a romantic getaway, a base from which to explore the southwest coastal path or even as extra independent accommodation when booking alongside neighbouring The Cottage. This cute little cottage is tucked away in the centre of the pretty coastal village of Perranuthnoe, just a stone's throw from the beach, foodie pub, cafes and craft shops.
Ideally located on the south coast just a five minute drive from the iconic St Michael's Mount in Historic Marazion and just a half hour drive to the far west and north coasts of Cornwall.
For larger groups of six people who like to holiday together but with the privacy of having their own cottage, Littlecot can also be booked with The Cottage, its lovely sleeps four neighbour.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living Area/Kitchen/Diner: TV, dining table and chairs, mini oven and grill, two-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, drawers. En-Suite: Shower cubicle, basin, wc.
GARDEN AND PARKING: There is a bench in the front shared courtyard. On-road parking is usually available.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric storage and panel heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair available on request, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
