Description

Chy Pyth sits on the edge of the square in Manaccan, and is cosily decorated in warm apricots and floral wallpapers; a genuinely Cornish hideaway just steps from the thatched pub.

The coloured glass porch opens into a tiled hallway; on the right is the comfy living room with two sofas, an open fire set in a pine fireplace, an electric fire heater, and a flatscreen TV and DVD player. To the left is the South-facing kitchen dining room, with cream shaker units, microwave, fridge-freezer, dining table with floral tablecloth and a dresser full of Portmerion pottery. French doors lead out onto the patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, and a jungly garden beyond with benches and bordered by a stream.

A downstairs utility room houses the washing machine, separate dryer and an extra loo. Upstairs are three pretty floral bedrooms with pine beds, and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The main double bedroom, with rosebud wallpaper, has an en-suite shower room, and there is a smaller double room with views over the Carne valley, and a single bedroom.

GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: Open fire set in a pine fireplace, electric fire heater, TV, DVD, CD & cassette player.
Kitchen/Diner: Microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dresser full of Portmeirion pottery.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (5’), bedside table, chair, chest of drawers. En-Suite Shower Room: Shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4’6"), bedside table, chair, chest of drawers, views over the Carne valley.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’), bedside table, chair, chest of drawers.
Bath Room: Bath and overhead shower, basin, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Patio with garden furniture and a BBQ as well as a jungly garden beyond with benches and bordered by a stream. Parking available in the square outside the cottage or on the adjacent road.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 3:00pm – departure 10:00 am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heaters throughout and open fire in living room with a starter basket of logs provided in Winter.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2ml Pub: 0.2 ml River: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
