Description
A charming little white-washed cottage right by the wooden footbridge and creek.
A stable door opens into the open-plan living room with leather sofa, woodburning stove, TV/DVD, and radio, with a cream shaker-style kitchen at the opposite end, including microwave and washer/dryer. Open tread stairs lead to a double and single bedroom with traditional low windows looking out onto the creek, and a shower room with loo and basin.
Opposite the cottage is a parking space and sunny patio with garden furniture and BBQ.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Diner: TV, DVD, woodburning stove.
Kitchen: Electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, views of the creek.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3'), bedside table, views of the creek.
Bathroom: Shower, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Opposite the cottage there is a sunny patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Two kayaks are also available for guests to use. There is a parking space opposite the cottage.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 3:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 pet welcome for £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating throughout and woodburner in lounge with starter logs provided in Winter.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2 ml Pub: 0.2 ml Coast: 0.5 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. The open tread stairs makes this property unsuitable for under 3’s.
