Description
Gwylan House is a handsome double fronted property in the centre of Mousehole with fantastic sea and harbour views. Literally just a stone's throw from the pretty harbour and the safe little sandy beach, Gwylan House is fabulously located and boasts superfast broadband.
Accommodation comprises of a very well fitted kitchen breakfast room with Miele appliances and dining table. This leads to a utility room with hanging/drying space, a shower and a WC. The lounge has comfy seating, a Smart TV and enjoys views overlooking the harbour. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a king and a double room to the front of the property with sea and harbour views, and up a further few steps to the rear of the house is a single bedroom. This room has an additional pull out bed suitable for an extra child. The family bathroom is on this floor with shower over bath.
Mousehole is a quintessentially Cornish fishing village with winding narrow lanes, a good pub, restaurants, cafes and galleries. Just 3 miles from Penzance with its good rail links and transport network, and just 8 miles to the Minack Theatre and the beautiful beaches of Porthcurno, Mousehole is an ideal place for exploring West Cornwall.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
Lounge: Smart TV/DVD player with a selection of DVDs, harbour views.
Utility/Shower: Shower, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, hanging space, separate WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5'), harbour views.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), TV and harbour views.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), also pull out trundle bed if needed.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower over bath, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
No outside space due to harbourside location.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, electric central heating.
Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2 ml Pub: 0.2 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. Superfast broadband provided. Mobile phone reception varies. If you require the pull out bed to be made up with linen for your stay please advise at time of booking.
