Description
4 Withey Cottages is a charming end of terrace cottage, situated on the edge of sleepy Perranuthnoe. The cottage is set back with a small front garden and nice rear enclosed garden with terrace, and overlooks the Southwest coastal path with a one hour walk to Marazion and St Michael's Mount one way and to picturesque Prussia Cove the other. The beach, cafe and local pub are all a short 5 minute stroll away. The entrance hallway houses a staircase which leads upstairs to 3 bedrooms; one king, one double, a twin room and a spacious tiled shower room. The downstairs comprises of a traditional styled kitchen, wc and contemporary furnished lounge/diner featuring a woodburner with a slate hearth. Sliding patio doors from the lounge area lead out onto the rear courtyard, complete with fantastic, far reaching views over Perranuthnoe beach and over to Mount's Bay. Perranuthnoe is a small village set in a prime location to explore West Cornwall being just 15 minutes between both Porthleven and Penzance. The beach is large and sandy, ideal for families, barbecues and games, and very popular (especially out of season) with surfers.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heaters throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 1.5 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
