Description
2 The Chapel is a well-presented two-bedroom granite property, being part of a converted Methodist chapel located in the small hamlet of Rinsey. The property boasts excellent views all around. Surrounded by countryside, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the South West coast path and the unspoilt beach at Rinsey Cove. Downstairs there is an open plan living area with a woodburner, flat screen TV and stereo system. On the other side of the lounge is the spacious well equipped kitchen-diner. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and sea views. There is also a twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a private garden with a furnished patio, which in turn leads to its very own thicket.
Rinsey Cove is an idyllic unspoilt tidal beach. Walking the coastal path for 20 minutes to the west you will reach Praa Sands. An hour and a half walk to the east is the fishing village of Porthleven with its shops, galleries and restaurants providing local produce, arts and crafts.
A larger group can also book 1 The Chapel to sleep six in total for a 10% discount. Please call to arrange this.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5’), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table.
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin, wc.
GARDEN & PARKING: Private garden and large patio with garden furniture. Private parking available.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout and woodburner in living room.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stair gate provided on request, please bring your own cot bedding.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 3 ml. Pub: 1 ml.
