Beach, surf and rockpools are a few steps away where the coastal path runs along Porthleven seafront. 

Completely renovated providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

There's a modern fitted kitchen and oil fired central heating throughout the house. 

Upstairs has been arranged with two decent sized bedrooms with 6ft bed and great views from the master bedroom and twin beds in bedroom two.  The generous bathroom has bath, full size shower and wc and there is also a second separate wc.

There is a patio area outside complete with table and chairs and a private parking place.
