Seacroft Barton (Praa Sands)
"This has to be the best location and sea view on the coast, super quality apartment, all bedrooms facing the sea. A truly wonderful place."
Seacroft Barton is a large penthouse apartment comprising the whole top floor of an Art Deco property overlooking the beautiful beach at Praa Sands, nr. Penzance. The property was shortlisted as the location for the BBC's Agatha Christie production of "And then there were none!" Unfortunately filming was scheduled for the height of the Summer season in order to be broadcast around Christmas time so it wasn't possible in the end.
There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuite facilities. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one is twin-bedded and the fifth has bunk beds. In addition to the ensuite facilities, there are two additional bathrooms and a separate shower room with wash basin and wc adjacent to bedroom 5.
The living area comprises a separate lounge and dining room. The lounge is dual aspect and has patio doors which lead onto the patio. The patio has a dining area and sun loungers. The lounge has a large corner sofa, LCD TV and DVD/stereo system and WiFi. The dining area is also dual aspect and is equipped with a large table that seats 10. There are also two tall tables and stools in front of the window to allow you to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view. There are two kitchens in the Penthouse - the main kitchen has a double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the second kitchen has an additional double oven and dishwasher.
Seacroft Barton is situated in a breathtaking postion overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of Praa Sands and is a perfect location for family get-togethers or a break with friends. For information on Praa Sands follow the link.
