Accommodation Details
Fantastic base for a classic Cornish holiday close to some of the best beaches in Britain and 200m from the First & Last Pub. Spacious house with lots of separate areas to relax in, top quality kitchen & bathrooms.
The tiled entrance porch has room for all your beach gear, surf boards, wellies & coats etc. Downstairs is a spacious lounge with large flatscreen TV, Pleasant conservatory with more sofas and a playroom with TV, playstation, toys & games. The kitchen/diner is spacious and modern with range cooker, American fridge/freezer and seating for 10 and the washing machine & tumble drier are in a separate utility room.
Upstairs has a double with ensuite, twin bedroom and a further double all with TVs and a family bathroom.
If you choose to use the loft bedrooms as well there's a large twin leading to a double on the second floor.
Please note the owners will take a £100 damage deposit on arrival or the first day of your stay which will be returned as long as the house is left in an acceptable condition
