Accommodation Details
The name means 'Seawinds' in Cornish and befits this 4 bedroom detached modern property which is south facing and directly overlooks Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount.
The house is modern, light and airy but has the benefit of double glazing and modern central heating for the cooler winters. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with oak floors in all rooms, except bathrooms and kitchen, which are travertine stone with underfloor heating. Accommodation is reverse level to take advantage of the panoramic sea views from all front facing rooms. Outside hot water shower useful for washing off wet suits and children when returning from the beach.
Please note that there is a £200 damage deposit payable with each booking which will be collected with your balance payment and will be fully refunded to you (all being well) with 10 days of the completion of your holiday.
