Sea Breezes is currently closed for a major restoration following a change of ownership.
Plans and schedules are being finalised and it's going to be one of the best properties in town when everything is finished.

Sea Breezes holiday cottage in Porthleven provides spacious holiday accommodation with spectacular, uninterrupted views from the Lizard Peninsula across the whole of Mounts Bay to Penzance & Newlyn, as well as Porthleven Harbour, from the large lounge, Totally refurbished for holiday use; new kitchen, separate utility room, new bathroom with bath & separate shower, downstairs cloakroom all fitted out to a high standard and tiled throughout, one king bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Children are especially well catered for with their own separate playroom in what was the fourth bedroom and kitchen table to eat at. Sea Breezes holiday cottage in Porthleven is situated with the beach & rock pools a few minutes walk away, past the Atlantic Inn & restaurant with steps down to the harbour right in front of the house.
