Every year we have literally hundreds if not thousands of enquiries from potential customers that we simply don't have availability for.  Our brand of high quality cottages combined with sophisticated internet marketing techniques has seen bookings of up to 48 weeks per year for our clients.
We don't just provide an exceptional service for customers, we provide it for owners too.  Most agencies will take bookings for you but leave you to sort out your own cleaning and caretaking arrangements which is actually the most difficult part of running a holiday cottage. Our local management team will take care of absolutely everything including cleaning, maintenance and emergencies, all you have to do is read your statement every month and receive the rent!
We are a small company and so can be very flexible in coming to individual arrangements with owners to use their own properties as much as they want to.
