About Marazion
Marazion is perhaps the oldest charted town in Cornwall, it has a lot of history behind it. The town was once home of a historic market. The name of the town was originally Marghas Byghan, though the name changed to Marazion over time.
Marazion has an amazing beach that stretches for a mile. This beach is mostly sandy and ideal for families. The beach has a superb view of St. Michael's Mount which is an iconic landmark of Cornwall. The bay is home to windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. |
