Having leased The Smoke House for a couple of years, Jude & Jane moved across the harbour to open Kota in 2006.  They soon created a name for themselves by using the best locally sourced produce and adding an Asian twist. Jude & Jane also have a great passion for wine and have an extensive wine list of over 60 wines from Cornwall to New Zealand. Kota restaurant is situated in a prime position, benefiting from views of the harbour and further out to sea. Wherever possible, food is sourced locally including Cornish wines and cheeses. In my business life I have eaten in many fine restaurants across the UK and Europe, but Kota ranks right up there with any of them. Drop in for a special lunch deal or the early bird menu and you won't spend more than at the pub or get your glad rags on for a long evening of fine dining if you deserve a treat.  Excellent child menu from 5.30.
