This is our second holiday in Porthleven - have holidayed in various places in Cornwall but this accommodation is the best with amazing views from the balcony.... 'Rolands Plaice' does excellent fish and chips.  Loved our day to Helford, took the passenger ferry across to Helford passage, then walked to Durgan (near Falmouth).  We will be back!"
