  | For some reason I don't seem to be able to convey just how good this cottage is through the photos! Fabulously refurbished house with 2 lounges, 3 bathrooms, full Sky and many other luxuries. Sea views from the front windows and the terrace at the back. Just awarded the highest possible 5 star grade, 4 big bedrooms but we choose to only sleep 6 giving an extra lounge with it's own Sky box and games console. Trevalso (Cornish for settlement on a cliff) is a three bedroomed cottage situated on National Trust Land on the outskirts of the village adjacent to the South West footpath. The property is located just above the beach and has extensive sea and coastal views towards the Lizard and Mounts Bay and Lands End beyond. It is ideally suited for walks to Loe Bar and Gunwalloe along the coastal path and is just a short 5min walk to the village and beach.
Accommodation Details
Accommodation is reversed, with two large bedrooms (one twin and one double) on the ground floor both with new en-suite bathrooms and sea views. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with dining area and sea view, living room also with sea views, a brand new contemporary wood burning stove, Flat Screen TV with Sky sports and movies and leather settees. A second sitting room with settee and comfortable chairs makes a fantastic games room for children or allows for a quiet area to read or relax and listen to music. One further King size bedroom and a bathroom and WC comfortably brings the sleeping accommodation to 6.
The cottage is furnished to a luxurious standard with top quality furniture and furnishings making this a wonderful retreat for a family holiday or ideal for couples who want the privacy of their own en-suite bathrooms. Outside there is a terraced garden at the rear from where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in fantastic costal and sea views and a spectacular sunset to the west.
There is ample space for the parking of two cars on the drive. Heating, electricity, sheets & towels are of course included.
