Bay Villa is a large granite house on the West side of Porthleven Harbour with spectacular sea views across Mounts Bay and along Porthleven Beach.  Just open following a complete refurbishment and full of great extras like pool table, Wii Console in second lounge and broadband.

Downstairs is a large lounge / dining room with views out to sea, the second lounge with TV, Wii console games and a sofa bed to accommodate 2.  The brand new modern kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and seating.  Off the kitchen is the breakfast area, utility and downstairs shower room with thermostatic shower mixer, washing machine and tumble drier, heated towel radiator, separate WC and washbasin.

Upstairs there's a beautiful master bedroom with sea views, King size bed and modern en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with full size bunk beds, suitable for both adults and children.  The family bathroom has a bath with bath filler and thermostatic shower over.  The second floor is dedicated to a spacious and light games room complete with its own pool table, sofa, television, games and toy store with tremendous views out to sea and along Porthleven beach. The sofa converts into a bed to accommodate 2 extra guests
