Harbourside House is one of the original houses in Porthleven at the bottom of Fore Street close to the Harbour and gives glimpses of the harbour from the bay windows in the main lounge and front double bedroom as well as from the garden. The shops,pubs and restaurants are yards away and it's just a few minute's stroll to the beach.

The house has been completely refurbished blending the modern with the traditional including new oil fired central heating providing a really comfortable and convenient place to enjoy your holiday.  Downstairs has a large lounge / diner with a log fire, Sky freesat television, DVD player and CD / radio.  The second lounge has sofas and piano and is ideal for the children to play in whilst the adults have some peace in the main lounge.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast table, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer and French doors leading to the beautiful privatecourtyard with table & chairs and decking..

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has double bed and harbour glimpses from the large bay windows, there's a further double and third bedroom with full size bunk beds.  The modern bathroom has bath and separate walk in shower.
