The house is modern, light and airy but has the benefit of double glazing and modern central heating for the cooler winters. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with oak floors in all rooms, except bathrooms and kitchen, which are travertine stone with underfloor heating. Accommodation is reverse level to take advantage of the panoramic sea views from all front facing rooms. There are 2 first floor reception rooms with sea views (1 with balcony and seating area) and open plan kitchen diner. Separate dining area also with sea views and wi-fi broadband connection. Open plan kitchen with sea views and seating, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Travertine stone floor with underfloor heating. Also on first floor with views to rear garden - Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and en-suite travertine shower room/wet room with underfloor heating and demisting/illuminated mirror above sink. Please note that there is a £200 damage deposit payable with each booking which will be collected with your balance payment and will be fully refunded to you (all being well) with 10 days of the completion of your holiday.
