The property is set on a south facing hillside in the shelter of a small pine tree wood a mile from Penzance and only a short walk into Newlyn fishing village. With its own garden and off street parking and set in a quiet neighbourhood of executive style homes bordered by open countryside, Porth House is ideal for exploring the Lands end peninsula with its many beaches, coastal walks, picturesque harbours , historical buildings and landmarks.
Perched above Newlyn with views to the Lizard headland, St. Michael's Mount and all of Mounts Bay from the lounge , kitchen or balcony. There are pubs, restaurants, bakeries and shps in newlyn as well as several fresh fish shops dealing directly in the seafood landed in this busy fishing port.
Porth House is split level to make the most of the stunning views the kitchen, lounge family bathroom with over bath shower and a bedroom is on the upper floor with the remaining 2 bedrooms, w/c and cloakroom on the lower level. The lounge benefits from a full 'room length' window which also acceses the patio sun terrace. The very large kitchen / dining room also enjoys these sea views with a door leading to the garden where there is outside seating perfect for eating and outside and barbequing.
