Following 12 months of painstaking restoration this fantastastic apartment is now ready providing luxurious accomodation in the heart of Falmouth. I cant believe there's a better holiday cottage with piano in Britain. Where do we start! In the current owners family for several generations and before that owned by the author Howard Spring who penned several novels here. Right on the waterfront with the balcony overhanging the sea at high tide so that the fish can swim under your feet. Beautiful top quality kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Oak floors with underfloor heating, leather sofa unit and big screen TV. Views across Falmouth Harbour to St Mawes with boats, yachts & cruise ships passing and there's even a piano with a view!. Two lovely bedrooms and a pair of really top class bathrooms. Falmouth's pubs & restaurants, Rick Stein's fish & chips and the Maritime Museum all a short walk away and private parking next to the property. Simply sensational.

Harbourside House is one of the original houses in Porthleven at the bottom of Fore Street close to the Harbour and gives glimpses of the harbour from the bay windows in the main lounge and front double bedroom as well as from the garden. It may be the only cottage with piano in town. The shops,pubs and restaurants are yards away and it's just a few minute's stroll to the beach.
The house has been completely refurbished blending the modern with the traditional including new oil fired central heating providing a really comfortable and convenient place to enjoy your holiday. Downstairs has a large lounge / diner with a log fire, Sky freesat television, DVD player and CD / radio. The second lounge has sofas and piano and is ideal for the children to play in whilst the adults have some peace in the main lounge.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast table, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer and French doors leading to the beautiful privatecourtyard with table & chairs and decking..
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has double bed and harbour glimpses from the large bay windows, there's a further double and third bedroom with full size bunk beds. The modern bathroom has bath and separate walk in shower.
