The Cornish Range

Formerly a pilchard-processing factory, pressing & salting pilchards landed by local fishing boats, the Range still hold its roots and is primarily a seafood restaurant. Dishes are created using local ingredients - fresh fish landed & delivered daily from the port of Newlyn, meat from local hill farms, Cornish vegetables & salads and the finest West Country cheeses. |
