 Accommodation DetailsChiva Som, is part of the spectacular renovation from Porthleven's former gig club. This stunning property is central to the village and just a few minutes away from the harbour and beach.
Lovely cottage with reversed living arrangement- bedrooms are on the ground floor and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area upstairs. Top quality furnishings and a real home from home feel with books, dvds, games and playstation to use on either of the 2 flat screens provided. Chiva Som sleeps 4 in a double and twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms, finished to a very high standard with the added luxury of underfloor heating.
Upstairs the first floor is open plan living with original oak flooring all features being complemented by the owners taste in luxury furnishings and contemporary decor. Wall mounted TV, a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The final bit of luxury is a wood burning stove in the lounge.
