Cape Cornwall Golf Course
You could be forgiven for thinking that Cape Cornwall was the oldest golf course in England, but the course was only designed in 1990 by Bob Hamilton and was his first 18 hole golf course in England. Bob has also designed courses in Scotland and Singapore.
Cape Cornwall is a natural course that has excellent drainage which means the course has never had a need for winter greens
Although the course was established fairly late, it is full of history with evidence of stunning Bronze Age settlements and old mining works which are easily visible, creating some challenging natural hazards all around the course.
This 70 par golf course is 5680 yards long and has 18 holes to play which challenges club golfers and low handicap golfers as well.
Cape Cornwall welcomes both members and visitors to play at the course and have access to there club house which has a golfers pro shop and catering all day long providing snacks or meals.
