"Our first visit to Porthleven. Amazing wild waves and crashing spectacular seas - some very daring surfers outside the windows! The boys enjoyed the pool table and wii - great fun! The house was immaculately presented and very well equipped - perfect for a holiday. Really nice meal in Blue Haze just down the road. Great days out locally at St Michaels Mount and nearby beaches. A warm welcome from the housekeeper kicked off the holiday which was great from beginning to end! Thank you, we will be back next year!"

"We have had a lovely week in this beautiful and very well equipped house. We have eaten many lovely meals sitting at the dining table overlooking the sea. The youngest member of our family (2 1/2 years) thought the books and lego were fantastic and the older members enjoyed a very raucous game of pictionary! Porthleven is as good as ever - this is our 4th year holidaying and we will be back again."

"Really lovely, well equipped house. Bed covers and pillows and beds so comfy. Thank you for not cutting corners on these things. Great layout for families - all really homely. Porthleven - gorgeous, a new discovery for me after 20 years + of coming to Cornwall!

"Very comfortable house. We are very familiar with Porthleven and still love it after almost 30 years of holidaying in this area. The Deli in the village is fab for lunch sandwiches and evening pizzas (you need to order in advance for pizza). Porthleven beach is quiet and convenient and perfect for families - rockpools, swimming. Maritime Museum at Falmouth is great."
