Visitors Comments
"Great location, beautiful cottage and very welcoming. Tried all the eating places in Porthleven and Kota stood out, great food and service with The Ship Inn a very close second. The walks around the Penrose Estate are beautiful and we took your advice and tried the coastal path walk from Sennen to Lands End, where the views are simply stunning. Park in the harbour car park for £1.00." Scott & Jones Family, Scotland & Wales
"Excellent cottage, very comfortable. We made the most of The Ship Inn's brilliant food and company. Weather not so good but we made the most of the good days at Praa Sands and Trevano Gardens which is certainly worth a visit for the food as well as the garden." John & Sue, Isle of Man
"Harbour View - what a find! Greats views, great comforts, great position. Porthleven is one of the nicest places visited with something for everyone. Kota restaurant well worth a visit. Maritime Museum, Falmouth very interesting as was the Folk Museum at Zennor. Tea room at Gwithian (Godfrey Cafe) was excellent and for the best pasties try Ann's at The Lizard." James Family, Sheffield
"What a great week! The cottage was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views each morning and eating around the table. The walk to Loe Pool took our breath away! After visiting busy St Ives we really enjoyed returning to a quaint Porthleven. Until next year - thank you." Hartley Family, Leicestershire
