It's taken a year to undertake the total renovation and extension of this large house in an amazing location on the cliff overlooking Portmellon Cove. It's certainly been worth all the effort to create one of the best holiday homes on the south coast. perched on the clifftop overlooking Portmellon Cove with it's excellent pub it's about a mile to the bustling harbour at Mevagissey. There are spectacular views from almost every room as well as the balcony, terrace and garden. The main living area is a huge open plan lounge/diner featuring contemporary oak furniture, leather & fabric sofas and a large flat screen TV. Double doors lead to the garden room/second lounge with another large screen and second Sky Box. Both have patio doors onto the terrace and fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and built in oven & microwave. The washing machine & tumbledryer are in the practical downstars utility/bathroom which has a large butler sink, toilet & shower. One King bedroom is downstairs with a large ensuite shower room, upstairs there's another 2 kings, one ensuite, both with patio doors onto the balcony. A twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath & shower are on the same floor with stairs leading up to the loft room providing another space to relax or play in with great views. The paved drive has plenty of parking and there's a small fenced in lawn & patio area behind the house.
