"Very comfortable and very well equipped accommodation. Good central location for touring both west and east Cornwall. Excellent scenic views like 'Cape Cornwall' north of Lands End and some beautiful gardens, like 'Trebah' on the Helford River and 'Trelissick' which also has a fantastic view of the river Falmouth Estury. 'Trevarno Gardens' and 'National Museum of Gardening' is only about 5 miles to the north of Porthleven - it's very good."
